Return Policy

  • To arrange for any returns Email customer service at parts[at]localpartsshop.com.Call us toll free at (855) 551-4560 
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • If items are incorrect due to Your Error or you did not enter a VIN number when requested a restocking fee is applicable.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee charged against returned parts.
  • original shipping cost is not refundable.
  • Parts must be re-salable and in the original packaging including instructions and hardware.
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.

Return shipments

  • Returns must be shipped Pre-Paid, Returns sent back to LocalPartsShop.com via C.O.D will be refused
  • Return shipping cost is not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.

Refused Shipments

  • Shipments that are refused will be subject to the 15% restocking fee
  • freight charges will not be refunded.

Damaged Items 

  • Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Carrier must also be notified of damaged or missing items
  • Damaged or missing items will only be replaced with the same item

Defective Items

  • Defective items will be replaces with identical item only
