- A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
- If items are incorrect due to Your Error or you did not enter a VIN number when requested a restocking fee is applicable.
- There is a 15% restocking fee charged against returned parts.
- original shipping cost is not refundable.
- Parts must be re-salable and in the original packaging including instructions and hardware.
- We cannot take back used parts.
- We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
- Electrical parts are not returnable.
- We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
- Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
- Returns must be shipped Pre-Paid, Returns sent back to LocalPartsShop.com via C.O.D will be refused
- Return shipping cost is not refundable.
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
- If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
- Shipments that are refused will be subject to the 15% restocking fee
- freight charges will not be refunded.
- Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Carrier must also be notified of damaged or missing items
- Damaged or missing items will only be replaced with the same item
- Defective items will be replaces with identical item only
